Sole Source Notice of Intent & Recommendation of Award

The description of commodities or contractual services intended for purchase from a single source is posted in accordance with Florida Administrative Code Rule 6A-1.012 (12)(d) and will remain posted for a period of at least 7 business days.  Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described.  If you believe you have a "like" product, please contact the Purchasing Department at (850) 833-7668 prior to the Noitice of Intent closing date. "Like" shall be defined as equal, equivalent, and/or identical.  The Notice of Intent closing date listed below is the last date for receipt of information concerning this purchase. Information must be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 4:00 pm CST on the close date.  Award Recommendations for Sole Source purchases are posted in the purchasing office and are also listed below.
