A few of Mrs. Smith's Marine Biology students will be going to Key West for a snorkeling trip during Spring Break. The total cost of the trip is $200.00 per student which can be paid in four payments. Enter the following data into a spreadsheet with a column indicating the total each student has paid. Also include a total of money collected. Print this list.

SUM formula example: =SUM(b2..b5) OR =SUM(b2+b3+b4+b5)

Finally,  make a bar chart of the final spreadsheet information. The bar chart should show how much each student has paid. Print the bar chart.

Mr. Gonzalez, the Science Department chairperson, is responsible for keeping an account of the funds spent by some of his department at a recent science conference they attended. Enter the following data into a spreadsheet with a column indicating the total spent by each person and a group total.

Nights/motel - cost per night - food/gas
Mr. Williams 3 nights motel at  $87.00 per night, food and gas  $125.00
Mrs. Adams 2 nights motel at  $87.00 per night, food and gas $79.00
Ms. Bennett 2 nights motel at $87.00 per night, food and gas $92.00
Mr. Kim 3 nights motel at $87.00 per night, food and gas  $118.00

Mrs. Adams has not been paid for the trip. You need to give the office the total for her trip so that she can get paid. Print the cost of her trip so that you can give this information to the office.

During these 15 days, he has deleted 1 point for not dressing out and deleted 2 points for not participating. Make a spreadsheet of the following data.
