District Grant Proposal Guidelines
Step 1: Teachers target a grant and submit a preliminary proposal to their principal
Step 2: Principals accept or deny preliminary proposal and provide deadline dates:
a) last possible board meeting prior to grant deadline date
b) date of board submission deadline
c) date of finance (Kenn MacDonald) submission deadline (one week prior to board submission)
Step 3: Teacher develops grant proposal and submission requirements
Step 4: Principal's final approval and submission to finance
Step 5: Principal receives approval from finance and submits grant with Board Agenda Request Form
Step 6: School Board Approval
Step 7: Submission of Grant Proposal by teacher
