Life Science Class Gets Hands-On Opportunity
Ruckel's 7th grade life science classes had the unique opportunity
to experience the human body systems.

Students held and examined real animal organs up close and personal.
Mrs. Wargo supplied various organs, from sheep and pigs, for the students
to study the functions of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and brain as well as bone structures.

Students compared the book examples to the actual organs during class.
Mrs. Wargo is just one of many Ruckel teachers who use interactive lessons
to engage the students and help bolster excitement for science.
