In compliance with Section 1012.42 Florida Statute, "when a teacher in a district school system is assigned teaching duties in a class dealing with subject matter that is outside the field in which the teacher is certified, outside the field that was the applicant's minor field of study, or outside the field in which the applicant has demonstrated sufficient subject area expertise, as determined by school board policy in the subject area to be taught, the parents of all students in the class shall be notified in writing of such assignment."
This is a notice to inform you that your child's teacher, Alan S Anderson, is currently teaching out-of-field in the area of Business Education 6-12 and Technology Education at Ruckel Middle School.
Mrs. Wargo (Middle Grades Science 5-9), is currently teaching out-of-field.Your child's teacher holds a valid teacher certificate issued by the State of Florida and is working to place the appropriate certification on their certificate. Once the teacher places the appropriate certification on their teaching certificate, he or she will no longer be reported as out-of-field.
