TO RECEIVE BIDS, PROPOSALS AND OTHER
FORMAL SOLICITATION
REQUESTS:
The District
posts requests for bids, proposals, and other formal solicitations online through the
Florida Purchasing Group Bid System (BIDNET), Okaloosa County School District's bid
management partner. To do business with Okaloosa County School
District, vendors must register with the Florida Purchasing Group Bid
System (BIDNET). Registration allows vendors to download and print requests for
bids, proposals and other formal solicitations at no charge to the vendor. All
registered users receive automatic bid matching email notifications from
Florida Purchasing Group members. The system also includes request for
bids, proposals and other formal solicitations from several other School Districts and various
Government entities associated with the Florida Purchasing Group. For

TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE PURCHASE ORDERS:
To register to
receive purchase orders from the Okaloosa County School
District, all vendors are required to complete an Okaloosa
County School Board Vendor Application form. Click on the
link below titled "Vendor Application Form for Purchase Orders"
to download and print a copy of the vendor application.
Completing and returning the vendor application alllows us to
register your company as an active vendor so your company is
able to receive purchase orders from the District. Vendor
applications are held on file and entered when a school or
department requests to use the vendor.
