Charter Bus Services Contracts
Contract Information
for Schools:
The charter bus
companies listed below are available for use by Okaloosa County
Schools for charter bus services. Bus lines shown have
signed agreements agreeing to the District terms and conditions
(see Charter Bus Agreement below) and have met the insurance
requirements to provide charter bus services to the Okaloosa
County School Board. All companies listed below had current
certificates of insurance approved through Risk Management when
their agreements were signed. All District contract users
are required to check the FOCUS Vendor/Customer screen prior to booking
a trip to verify that the bus line's certificate of insurance is
still active. Check the "Insurance Info" section of the vendor
file for certificate of insurance information. Contact Risk Management at
833-3190 for questions related to certificates of insurance.
Vendors
If your company is
interested in contracting with the School Board and meets the
requirements listed in the agreement please return two (2)
signed originals of the Charter Bus Agreement (see below) along
with a current insurance certificate (see insurance guidelines
in agreement) and a completed vendor application to: Okaloosa
County School District, Purchasing Department, 202A Highway 85
North, Niceville, FL, 32578. If all conditions are met, the
agreement will be presented to the School Board for approval. A
signed original will be mailed to the vendor upon School Board
approval.
