A Foundation of Excellence An Overview of What Antioch Elementary Is All About |

|
Antioch Elementary School is committed to excellence. We will provide safe, challenging educational opportunities which enable our students, staff and community to acquire the knowledge, skills and values required for responsible citizenship, personal development and lifelong learning. |
Within the safe, nurturing environment of the Antioch Community, we are dedicated to one cooperative mission . . . navigating beyond our horizon to ensure each student reaches his/her optimum potential. |
|
Education is one of the most essential and viable assets of our community. All students can learn and will demonstrate competency in mastering appropriate Next Generation Sunshine State Standards. All students must have access to a high-quality education program that challenges them to succeed. All students must be provided with the skills to be lifelong learners and effective, contributing members of society. Learning is a responsibility shared by students, parents, schools and community. School staff, because
they have a direct and powerful influence on children's lives, must be
prepared to provide the best possible
All students should make at least one year's academic growth for one year's attendance in school. Innovative strategies that develop thinking skills and excitement should be a daily part of students' education. |
